UK Tyre Industry to Tackle Mandatory Waste Tracking at TRA Briefing

The Tyre Recovery Association (TRA) has announced that its annual Briefing Day will take place on Tuesday, 24th September 2024, at the Woodland Grange Hotel and Conference Centre in Leamington Spa.

This year's conference will centre on a crucial issue for the tyre sector: Mandatory Waste Tracking. The detailed agenda for the event, set to be released soon, will aim to enlighten stakeholders about forthcoming regulatory changes and their implications.

Mandatory Waste Tracking is expected to significantly influence various aspects of the industry, particularly affecting entities involved in handling, collecting, re-treading, and processing over 600,000 tonnes of tyre waste produced nationally each year.
