Tractor of the Year 2025 Officially Launched in Milan

The vibrant city of Milan set the stage for the official launch of the 2025 edition of the Tractor of the Year (TotY) awards. Held at the elegant NHOW Hotel, the event titled "Let The Challenge Begin" saw manufacturers presenting their cutting-edge tractors to an international jury, marking the commencement of a rigorous selection process to determine the finalists.

A Gathering of Industry Leaders

The launch event attracted over 70 guests, including 25 journalists from across Europe, who also serve as jurors, 30 brand representatives, and senior management from BKT Tires, the event's official sponsor. These attendees witnessed two days of intensive technical evaluations, where each of the 21 competing tractors, represented by 17 prominent brands, showcased their unique features.

The brands in contention this year include industry giants such as CLAAS, TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, Yanmar, JCB, New Holland Agriculture, Massey Ferguson, GOLDONI KEESTRACK srl, Case IH, STEYR Traktoren, Hattat Traktör, Lindner Traktoren, Antonio Carraro SpA, Argo Tractors S.p.A., BCS SpA, Valtra Inc., and Fendt.

The Judging Process

During the event, each tractor was presented through individual submissions, allowing manufacturers to highlight their innovative designs and technological advancements. By the end of June, the jury will announce the finalists who will then vie for the prestigious title at the Eima International in Bologna on November 6th.
