The competition features several categories:
TotY HighPower (tractors with over 300 horsepower):
TotY MidPower (tractors with 150-280 horsepower):
TotY Utility (multipurpose tractors with 70-150 horsepower):
TotY Specialized (tractors over 40 horsepower for orchards, vineyards, hills, and mountains):
TotYBot (robotic tractors without cabins):
TotY Sustainable (focus on environmental impact and operational efficiency): Finalists will be announced in July.
The winners will be revealed on November 6, 2024, at EIMA International, with attendees able to view the finalist tractors during two daily parades.
Fabio Zammaretti, Chairman of Tractor of the Year, expressed satisfaction with the high calibre of this year's entries, highlighting their innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. Lucia Salmaso, Managing Director of BKT Europe, echoed these sentiments, noting the alignment between TotY's innovation focus and BKT's commitment to superior performance.
