Tony Crook currently serves as Road Safety Manager for Lancashire County Council, where he leads teams focused on education, engagement, and speed assessments. Among his many achievements, Tony has played a central role in developing Lancashire’s Road Safety Strategy and chairs the Delivery Group of the Lancashire Road Safety Partnership.
Before joining Lancashire County Council, Tony held key leadership roles at Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service, including heading Corporate Intelligence and Emergency Planning. He also served as the National Fire Chief Council’s Lead Officer for Road Safety, presenting at numerous national conferences and contributing to initiatives aimed at reducing road traffic incidents.
TyreSafe Trustees and leadership are enthusiastic about Tony’s addition to the Board, recognising the value his experience will bring to its mission of promoting tyre safety and reducing tyre-related incidents.
