George Franks, 28, takes on his new role following his successful tenure as telesales executive, where he played a key role in maintaining and strengthening ETB’s customer relationships. With experience as a customer service advisor at Skoda, George is keen to channel his skills into expanding ETB’s client base. “I’m extremely excited to get to work in my new position,” he said. “ETB Wholesale is a great place to be right now... there’s a real sense of togetherness across the business. I’ve received so much support since my first day here, and there’s so much potential to keep on growing.”
Joining George is Lyndsey Newman, 25, who has thrived in various roles within the aftermarket industry. Now part of the ETB team, she brings experience and connections from her previous roles as a sales advisor and van controller. Speaking of her transition into the team, Lyndsey remarked, “It’s been a positive beginning for me.
