Prometeon Tyre Group, a global leader in tyre solutions for commercial, agricultural, and OTR sectors, is set to make a significant impact at IAA Transportation 2024. The event, which takes place in Hannover, Germany, from 17 to 22 September, is one of the world's premier platforms for logistics, commercial vehicles, and transportation technologies.
Prometeon will be stationed at Hall 12, stand 52, where visitors can explore two exciting world premieres. The company will unveil the Prometeon C02, a game-changing coach tyre that represents a milestone in sustainability with an A-rating for rolling resistance, and the Prometeon SuperFleet, a new fleet management solution designed to boost efficiency across a wide variety of fleets.

The Prometeon C02 tyre, scheduled for market release in late 2025, is the company's first coach tyre to achieve an A-rating for rolling resistance, a significant achievement in reducing CO2 emissions and operational costs.
The C02 Coach comes in two variants:
With rolling resistance values below 4.0 N/kgN, this tyre reduces fuel consumption by approximately 0.9 litres per 100 km compared to previous versions, potentially saving a fleet of 50 vehicles around €102,000 annually and reducing CO2 emissions by 157 tonnes each year.
Furthermore, the tyre is a sustainability champion, featuring 80% recycled, certified, or renewable-source materials. It is designed to support the increased load requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles, boasting a higher load index of 156/150 M. RFID technology is integrated for enhanced tracking and management.
Prometeon is not only launching innovative tyres but also introducing Prometeon SuperFleet, a comprehensive fleet management solution. SuperFleet is designed to offer customised, data-driven services to a wide array of fleet sizes and types.
The new offering is supported by the SuperTruck network, which spans 400 dealers across Europe. SuperFleet is built on four key hubs:
