The new CTS tyre services group, which includes notable industry players like Colmec and Lapin Kumi, has welcomed Nödinge Däckservice into its expanding network. This strategic addition marks another step forward for CTS as it continues to establish a robust presence across Sweden’s west coast.
Nödinge Däckservice, founded in 1990, has built a strong reputation for serving both individual customers and businesses in the Nödinge area. Known for its dedicated customer service and extensive offerings in tyres, rims, and tubes, the workshop will bring valuable experience and a loyal customer base to the CTS group.
David Boman, CEO of CTS, expressed his excitement about the acquisition: “I’m very pleased to welcome Patrik, Jan and the team at Nödinge Däckservice. Co-owners Patrik Pettersson and Jan Wågander of Nödinge Däckservice are equally enthusiastic about joining CTS. “We are very happy to finalise this transaction. Nödinge Däckservice will retain its brand and continue to operate under its well-recognised name, with Patrik Pettersson remaining as the business manager and becoming a partner in CTS.
