HiQ Tyres & Autocare has announced the appointment of Samantha Tavernor as its new Retail Business Consultant. This strategic hire aims to fortify HiQ's franchise model and support the company’s ambitious business development plans, following a period of significant growth across its network.
Tavernor, who brings over a decade of experience from global tyre brand Goodyear, is set to play a crucial role in HiQ’s expansion strategy. Having spent 13 years at Goodyear, with a recent focus on fleet management, her diverse background in supply chain and fleet roles equips her well for this new challenge.
In her new capacity, Tavernor will concentrate on bolstering HiQ’s franchisee network, which currently encompasses over 160 autocentres throughout the UK. Her efforts will be directed towards implementing strategies that enhance the support provided to franchise partners, ensuring they continue to thrive under the HiQ umbrella.
