HiQ’s Platinum designation is reserved for centres that deliver a truly outstanding customer experience, showcasing the professionalism and seamless service HiQ is known for. This achievement reinforces the network’s reputation as a trusted name in autocare and an attractive franchise opportunity.
The audit forms part of HiQ’s broader strategy to support its franchisees, managers, and service partners in delivering superior performance. By identifying strengths and opportunities, HiQ ensures consistent quality and customer satisfaction across the UK.
Craig Sprigmore, Goodyear Retail Director UK & Ireland, emphasised the importance of the programme:
“The nationwide standards programme is more than just a benchmarking exercise; it is a crucial part of our goal in delivering platinum-level service to motorists. By identifying strengths and opportunities across the network, the independent audit focuses our team to be the best in every town where HiQ operates.”
Sprigmore added:
“We’re delighted by the results of the audit, and would like to thank all the centres for their collaboration during the process. The audit results place HiQ in a stronger position to monitor performance across the network, and implement strategies to maximise consistency and quality.”
The highest-achieving centres will receive official accreditation plaques, a visible mark of their exceptional standards. This certification reassures customers that their vehicles are in the hands of experts who have been audited at the highest level.
