Neil Ford joins Ascenso as a consultant, specializing in training and OE2 support. Neil has an impressive career history spanning over 17 years with Michelin, followed by roles at Goodyear AG and Titan International, where he gained invaluable insights into technical sales, manufacturing, and supply chain management across Europe. His deep industry knowledge and leadership skills make him a valuable asset to the Ascenso team.

Josh Webster has been appointed as the UK and Ireland Manager, overseeing Ascenso’s partner base and key accounts. With over 25 years in the tyre industry, Josh’s experience in retail and wholesale sectors will help drive Ascenso’s market share in the UK and Ireland. Previously, he held senior sales roles with RH Claydon, Hankook Tyre UK, and Kumho Tire. Commenting on his new role, Josh said, “This role will no doubt be a challenge but one that offers great possibilities.”

Diana Fernández Tello steps into the role of European Marketing Manager. With a robust background in digital marketing, Diana previously led successful digital transformation efforts at Bridgestone, driving significant growth across the UK and Ireland. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Diana is well-equipped to lead Ascenso’s multi-channel marketing strategy across Europe, focusing on increasing brand presence and engagement.
