A1 ADAS Solutions Group has announced the appointment of Kieran Eastwood as its new Operations Manager. The group, renowned for its expertise in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), mobile and remote diagnostics, and garage equipment, is experiencing rapid growth. Kieran’s role will encompass managing the company’s processes and collaborating closely with Health, Safety, and Compliance Director Helen Molloy to maintain their ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 accreditations.
Kieran Eastwood, who recently relocated from Australia, brings with him extensive knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) and a wealth of operational experience, having managed branches of Motorserve, a prominent vehicle repair centre chain.
Iain Molloy, A1’s Managing Director, expressed his confidence in Kieran’s fit for the role, stating, “When we interviewed Kieran, I instantly knew he was the perfect fit for us. His mindset and approach to business fully align with A1’s ethos and values. To facilitate the growth of the group, we knew we needed someone in place to not only uphold the existing processes that work well but to implement new ones as we expand. Operational procedures are at the heart of that.”
Kieran Eastwood expressed his enthusiasm about joining A1 ADAS Solutions Group, saying, “The group’s plans for the next 12 months are really exciting. Having just completed my IMI AOM230 accreditation, there’ll be plenty of opportunity to get hands-on in the business too. This will be vital to truly understand what new processes might be needed and how they will impact the customer journey.”
A1 ADAS Solutions Group, headquartered in Norwich, is not only expanding its management team but is also on the lookout for an Area Sales Manager for the North of England and technicians to join its mobile ADAS and diagnostic van fleet throughout the UK.
