TyreSafe has announced an exciting new partnership with West Yorkshire Vision Zero, a ground-breaking road safety initiative aiming to eliminate all traffic fatalities and severe injuries across the region by 2040. TyreSafe’s mission to prevent harm caused by illegal or poorly maintained tyres aligns seamlessly with West Yorkshire Vision Zero’s goal to reduce fatalities and serious injuries to zero. This ambitious vision is spearheaded by the West Yorkshire Vision Zero Board, chaired by Alison Lowe OBE, Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime.

West Yorkshire Vision Zero unites key stakeholders, including the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, local authorities from Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, and Wakefield, as well as West Yorkshire Police, West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, National Highways, and road safety advocates. Through this partnership, TyreSafe will contribute to awareness campaigns and educational initiatives to emphasise the importance of proper tyre maintenance.
