Hankook has unveiled its latest innovation, the Dynapro HPX, a summer tyre specifically designed for SUVs and all-wheel-drive vehicles. This new tyre sets a high bar in the segment, offering exceptional safety, comfort, and durability, making it an ideal choice for road-focused drivers.
The Dynapro HPX distinguishes itself with its superior mileage and uniform tread wear, thanks to a newly developed material mix and an enlarged contact surface. This advanced design evenly distributes ground pressure, leading to longer tyre life and consistent performance. In terms of safety, the Dynapro HPX excels with improved braking and cornering adhesion, especially in wet conditions. The tyre’s innovative 3D GripControl sipes maintain their shape even under load, providing outstanding grip when it’s needed most.
The Dynapro HPX showcases its capabilities on wet surfaces, outperforming its predecessor, the Dynapro HP2. It delivers a 15% reduction in braking distance on wet roads and a 7% improvement in wet handling performance, making it a reliable option for challenging driving conditions.
Beyond safety and performance, the Dynapro HPX also prioritises comfort. Hankook has implemented knurling technology inside the tyre’s grooves, effectively reducing rolling noise by narrowing the air path without compromising the grooves’ performance. Additionally, the outer tread blocks have been optimised with varying sizes and numbers, ensuring smoother and quieter rolling behaviour, which enhances the overall driving experience.
