At the heart of Bridgestone’s exhibit is the Bridgestone Fleet Care programme, a comprehensive suite that integrates advanced telematics with innovative tyre technologies. This programme offers fleet operators a bespoke, data-driven approach to managing vehicles and fleets, ensuring they can easily access actionable insights to optimise their operations.
The Bridgestone Fleet Care programme, which was launched in Europe two years ago and has been evolving ever since, is designed to meet the diverse needs of fleet operators. It combines premium tyres, tyre solutions, service offerings, and fleet management tools—most notably, Webfleet, one of the world's leading fleet management systems.
At IAA TRANSPORTATION, Bridgestone will demonstrate how Fleet Care's integrated approach can benefit fleets in two key areas:
1. Fleet Data Analytics Dashboard
This dashboard integrates tyre and telematics data, offering fleet managers detailed insights into their fleet’s performance. With customisable views and time-based analyses, the dashboard provides crucial metrics that enable benchmarking against industry standards. By centralising all data in one place, fleet operators can make well-informed decisions to enhance efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
2. Smart Predictive Maintenance
Bridgestone's innovative approach to predictive maintenance utilises data from telematics and tyre sensors to monitor crucial factors such as tyre pressure, temperature, vehicle load, and tyre tread depth. The evolution of Bridgestone’s TPMS live solution, which reads tyre pressure and temperature directly from OE-fitted sensors, will be a highlight at the event. This solution helps fleet managers take a proactive approach to tyre maintenance, improving safety, efficiency, and tyre longevity.
A key feature of Bridgestone's showcase is the debut of the Webfleet AI Assistant, an innovative tool that leverages Generative AI (GenAI) technology to provide fleet managers with intuitive and easy access to data. The AI Assistant, introduced as a beta project, is integrated into the Webfleet OptiDrive Solution, offering real-time and historical data on key fleet performance indicators such as fuel consumption, driving behaviour, and safety events.
Attendees at IAA TRANSPORTATION will be among the first to experience this new AI-powered tool, which is designed to simplify the process of managing fleet data and optimising operations.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of Webfleet, a milestone that Bridgestone will celebrate at the IAA TRANSPORTATION event. Since its debut at IAA TRANSPORTATION 25 years ago, Webfleet has been at the forefront of telematics innovation, providing fleet operators with cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency and safety.
In honour of this milestone, Webfleet will also recognise customers who have demonstrated outstanding success using its products and solutions.
“We are happy to return to IAA TRANSPORTATION this year with our advanced portfolio of data-driven and AI-powered fleet solutions under our common Bridgestone Fleet Care Programme that is being rolled out in Europe and the United States,” said Parag Satpute, Senior Vice President Bridgestone Mobility Solutions and President Fleet Business. “It underlines our commitment to providing fleets with better outcomes for their business, with improved efficiency, convenience and sustainability – and we can't wait to show you what we have in store.”
Jan-Maarten de Vries, President of Fleet Management Solutions at Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, added, “25 years ago, Webfleet was presented to the world for the first time at IAA TRANSPORTATION – we are proud on being at the forefront of telematics ever since, servicing our customers with innovative and easy-to-use fleet solutions. Our new AI Assistant is the next step in harnessing the power of data and providing our customers the fastest and most convenient way to make informed decisions to optimise their operations.”
Bridgestone’s cutting-edge fleet solutions will be on display in Hall 12, Booth #C54, with Webfleet hosting an additional booth in Hall 25, Booth #B60.
