More Than 300 Exhibitors Confirmed for This Year’s Road Transport Expo

The highly anticipated Road Transport Expo (RTX) is set to return to NAEC Stoneleigh from 24-26 June 2025, bringing together an even bigger line-up of exhibitors, industry leaders, and innovative technologies for the transport and logistics sector. With over 300 exhibitors confirmed – including 80+ newcomers – the event continues to expand, solidifying its reputation as a must-attend show for fleet operators and transport professionals.

All About the Truck: What to Expect at RTX 2025

RTX has established itself as the premier business tradeshow for the UK’s road transport sector, with an exclusive focus on everything ‘all about the truck’. Attendees can expect to see a vast display of trucks, tankers, trailers, bodybuilders, tyres, safety equipment, and much more – providing a comprehensive showcase of everything needed to keep a fleet running efficiently.

Alongside the exhibition, RTX 2025 will feature a dedicated conference programme within the Knowledge Zone, covering key industry topics such as safety, compliance, transport law, decarbonisation, and vehicle technology. Visitors will also have the opportunity to test-drive the latest truck models in the interactive Ride & Drive feature.

Vic Bunby, divisional director at CM publisher Road Transport Media, said:

“If you’ve never visited the show before, you’ll be amazed at the sheer scale of the exhibition and breadth of technology, innovation, and fleet services on offer. And even if you have visited us previously, you’ll also be pleasantly surprised as you discover new and exciting companies joining the line-up for 2025, reflecting the growth and popularity of RTX across the sector.”

New Exhibitors Set to Make an Impact

RTX 2025 welcomes more than 80 first-time exhibitors, each bringing unique offerings to the show. Here’s what some of them are looking forward to:

  • David Lewington, Fruehauf:
“We’re bringing along our full fleet of trailers, including our brand-new blower trailer, and setting up a demonstration area. We’re also excited to showcase our partnership with MV Commercial and the products we’re building for them.”
  • Tom Coker, InTangles:
“InTangles is a new company to the UK – we specialise in predictive AI for vehicles. After visiting RTX last year, we were so impressed that we decided to exhibit this year. We’re excited to be positioned right next to the Knowledge Zone and meet future customers.”
  • Andrew Blower, EBS:
“RTX is the perfect platform for us to showcase our latest products after 12 years away from UK trade shows. We’re looking forward to reconnecting with customers, experiencing the relaxed atmosphere, and introducing our products to new audiences.”
  • Madison Cartlidge, AID Fuel Oils Group:
“We’re here to spread awareness about HVO and its potential to reduce carbon footprints by up to 90%. Going green is a priority, and RTX is the ideal place to share that message.”
