Goodyear has retained DAF’s top ‘Master’ supplier rating for the fourth consecutive year under its SPM programme.

Goodyear has been recognised as a ‘Master’ supplier by DAF Trucks for the fourth consecutive year, reaffirming its position as a leading OEM partner. The award is part of DAF’s annual Supplier Performance Management (SPM) programme, which assesses supplier contributions to quality, operational support, and strategic alignment.

DAF’s highest supplier rating

DAF’s SPM framework categorises supplier performance into three tiers: Achiever, Leader, and Master. The ‘Master’ designation is awarded to suppliers who consistently meet high standards across technical collaboration, operational execution, and business alignment.

Goodyear has met these standards year after year, reflecting its continued delivery of commercial vehicle tyre solutions and services in line with DAF’s OEM objectives.

OEM collaboration and supply chain integration

The award reflects Goodyear’s sustained partnership with DAF, one of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. It also signals strong supply chain integration—essential in an industry where tyre performance, reliability, and timely delivery directly impact OEM output.

Xavier Fraipont, Vice President Commercial PBU EMEA at Goodyear, noted the importance of the recognition in strengthening collaborative ties. While the announcement highlights consistency, it also positions Goodyear as a key contributor to evolving commercial vehicle demands.
