Apollo Tyres Ltd has announced the expansion of its collaboration with CLAAS, a global leader in agricultural machinery, with the introduction of 14 new sizes of Vredestein Traxion tyres. These tyres will now be available for the CLAAS ARION 500 and 600 midrange tractor models, further strengthening the long-standing partnership between the two companies.
Vredestein tyres have already been a standard choice for CLAAS Axion 800 and 900 tractors, as well as the Xerion range, manufactured in France and Germany. However, growing demand from farmers and operators for Vredestein tyres on a broader range of CLAAS machinery has prompted the expansion to the ARION 500 and 600 models.
Laurence Bennett, Head Off-Highway Tyres at Apollo Tyres, commented:
“We are proud to strengthen our partnership with CLAAS GmbH and expand the availability of our Traxion tyres across its tractor ranges. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to product innovation and customer satisfaction.”
Vredestein Traxion tyres are engineered to optimise tractor performance, fuel efficiency, and operating costs, making them a valuable investment for modern farmers. The Traxion range is widely recognised for its low total cost of ownership, combining durability with exceptional on- and off-road driving comfort.
Beyond tractors, Vredestein tyres are now available for CLAAS harvesters, telehandlers, wheel loaders, and bale presses. Bennett added:
“Our partnership with CLAAS extends beyond tractors, and now encompasses harvesters, telehandlers, wheel loaders, and bale presses. This latest launch programme showcases the versatility and reliability of Vredestein tyres across the entire range of CLAAS agricultural machinery.”
The newly introduced front-rear tyre combinations now available via the CLAAS tractor configurator include:
The new Vredestein Traxion tyre sizes are now available for selection through the CLAAS tractor configurator, allowing operators to customise their ARION 500 and 600 tractors with high-performance tyres tailored to their needs.
With an increasing focus on efficiency, durability, and operational cost reduction, Apollo Tyres’ latest expansion underscores the brand’s commitment to innovation in agricultural tyre technology.
