For 21 consecutive years, Michelin has been recognised for delivering the highest customer satisfaction in the luxury car segment. Additionally, the brand has achieved top rankings for passenger car and performance sport vehicle tires. The study assessed satisfaction in areas such as tire wear, ride, appearance, and traction/handling, with Michelin receiving high ratings across the board.
