ZC Rubber unveils WESTLAKE and TIANLI OTR tyre innovations at BAUMA 2025
Short intro summary:
ZC Rubber revealed new WESTLAKE and TIANLI OTR tyre lines at BAUMA 2025, aimed at mining, construction, forestry and agriculture.
ZC Rubber has introduced a new generation of Off-The-Road (OTR) tyre products at BAUMA 2025 in Munich, showcasing developments across its WESTLAKE and TIANLI brands. The launch highlights the company’s focus on delivering durable, high-performance solutions for construction, mining, forestry and agricultural applications.
The new products include a mix of radial and bias-ply designs with enhanced tread depth, upgraded compounds, and construction features intended to improve performance in some of the most demanding environments.
Among the launches, the WESTLAKE 29.5R25 CB740 tyre has been developed specifically for articulated dump trucks. It features:▪ A block tread design for greater ground contact and stability
▪ 17% deeper tread than the TRA E-4 standard to increase service life
▪ A multi-compound structure for better adaptability across conditions
▪ Upgraded sidewalls, delivering 10% better puncture resistance and 15% reduced crack propagation
WESTLAKE also displayed two additional OTR products:▪ The 35/65R33 CB398, engineered for underground mining trucks
▪ The 290/90-20 EL08, developed for wheel excavators
These additions reflect WESTLAKE’s continued focus on robust tyres for high-load, high-wear industrial environments.
TIANLI introduced the 800/45-30.5 FOREST GRIP, a tyre designed for forestry machinery. The open tread pattern helps improve self-cleaning, while also supporting:▪ Balanced power distribution to reduce slippage
▪ Improved traction and flotation in muddy or loose terrains
▪ Suitability for use on articulated dump trucks in harsh off-road conditions
In agriculture, the 460/70R24 BACKTRACK RADIAL SUPREME was presented. This tyre is aimed at backhoes and telehandlers, with a design that prioritises:▪ Strong traction and wear resistance
▪ Reinforced shoulders for added puncture protection
▪ Stability across rough agricultural landscapes
