Arundel-based Redstone (Tyres) Ltd has officially joined the National Tyre Distributors Association (NTDA), further expanding the organisation’s specialist tyre supplier network.
Founded in 1999 as a tyre wholesaler, Redstone has grown to become one of the UK’s leading specialists in the grounds maintenance sector. It is also one of the country’s few remaining tyre manufacturers, producing a wide range of products under its own brands.
NTDA CEO Stefan Hay expressed his enthusiasm about Redstone’s membership, stating:
“We are thrilled to welcome Redstone Tyres into our membership. Over the past 26 years, Redstone has built an impressive portfolio, expanding across multiple sectors, including Agriculture, Construction, Grounds Maintenance, and Recreational Sport and Leisure. Its expertise and extensive product range makes it a valuable addition to our diverse membership. We are excited to collaborate with the Redstone team to promote this essential and specialist area of the UK tyre trade.”
Since its founding, Redstone has built a strong reputation for quality and customer service, offering products including tyres for quad bikes, ATVs, UTVs, inner tubes, tyre sealants, repair kits, tyre changers, and workshop sundries.
Reflecting on the company’s membership, Redstone’s Sales Director, Joel Nash, said:
“We're very excited to join other tyre industry leaders in becoming a part of the NTDA as the association provides a great platform to connect and network with members of the industry, whilst also helping us to stay informed about the latest tyre trends and regulations. We're keen to support the NTDA's governmental and legislative work, as well as their efforts to champion tyre safety.”
The company, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in December 2024, remains committed to delivering top-quality products and service in the grounds maintenance and agricultural sectors. Looking ahead, Nash emphasised that Redstone will continue to expand its product offering to meet evolving customer needs.
The NTDA’s membership expansion strategy highlights the increasing importance of specialist tyre suppliers in the UK market. With Redstone on board, the association strengthens its expertise in off-road and niche tyre applications, ensuring that members have access to a broader network of industry leaders.
As the tyre industry faces evolving challenges, including regulatory changes, sustainability concerns, and shifting market demands, collaborations such as this will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the sector.
