The automotive industry witnessed a historic moment on 20th September as the first-ever Women Automotive Awards were announced. Hosted by the Women Automotive Network, the awards ceremony took place at the Forum am Schlosspark, following the record-breaking Women Automotive Summit.
The awards aimed to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements and contributions of professionals in the automotive sector. The nominees, all of whom were nominated by their peers, showcased the depth of talent and commitment within the industry.

The idea for the Women Automotive Awards stemmed from the network's regular interactions with its members. Recognising a collective desire to celebrate the achievements of women in the sector, the Women Automotive Network took the initiative to create these much-anticipated awards.

The competition was fierce, and the decision was incredibly close across the board. Our aim is to celebrate diversity in the workplace and honour those who have set new benchmarks with their talent and dedication. This ceremony has allowed us to do just that.”
