Webfleet, Bridgestone’s globally trusted fleet management platform, has unveiled its new flagship Driver Terminal, the PRO X. The professional-grade tablet has been specifically designed for truck and van fleets, with a focus on operational efficiency, driver connectivity and enhanced in-cabin usability.

The PRO X is a purpose-built device that connects drivers with their fleet operations. It comes pre-installed with the Webfleet Work App, providing drivers and managers with direct access to essential fleet management services, including job workflow, electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD), and real-time two-way communication.

In addition, drivers can use advanced features such as Cold Chain monitoring, Remaining Drive Times, and the OptiDrive performance ranking system. These tools allow drivers to view their driving scores compared to peers and make improvements.

The terminal integrates TomTom GO Fleet, giving drivers professional navigation with live ETA reporting, traffic alerts, and notifications about low-emission zones. Maps are pre-installed and automatically updated each month. Combined with OptiDrive, the system provides real-time feedback to encourage safer and more efficient driving behaviour.

Designed for the realities of professional driving, the PRO X features an 8-inch anti-glare screen, rugged casing, and physical buttons for quick access to key apps. It also comes with a removable battery and is built to withstand drops, vibration, temperature extremes, water, and dust exposure.

Fleets can fully customise the device’s interface using an integrated Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, enabling remote configuration and app management. The terminal runs on Android 13 and is ready for future Android 15 upgrades.

Annick Renoux, Vice President of Webfleet Europe, commented: “At Webfleet, we are always committed to delivering smart solutions that enhance the working conditions and safety of our customers and their drivers, powered by the latest technology. That’s why we are proud to introduce the new PRO X—now with even more functionality to help fleet managers streamline their operations, boost efficiency and strengthen their connection with field teams like never before.”

The PRO X Driver Terminal will be available from March 2025 in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, with further regions expected later this year.
